free idea: a mechanism to allow paying a refundable deposit for someone's attention e.g. front-of-line access to email inbox, deposit seized if recipient determines it to be slop / not worthwhile.
dissuades automatic spammy email or phone contacts, while allowing genuine humans to get through.
