This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I've just had a look at this module.
To my unexpert eye it looks reasonably OK.
The important thing to remember though is that this is not/should not be a replacement for proper clinical training in this area (of which there is none).
It does at least raise awareness among staff.
