This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I would say you could drop a <template> in as one of its child elements and then use that to render the data you pass to the element… but what I’m not sure about is how you would determine what has already been server rendered and what you might need to render on the client without diffing.
