I couldn't wait to run LEMUR on a MS dataset where we knew a DET (T = transposon) candidate (an T) through a collaborators experiment, however the candidate never appeared significant in pseudobulk or conventional find marker analysis.
LEMUR gives it as a strong DET. It made my day!
