I'm a 4-5 and I like to tell people who are closer to a 1-2 range to try imagining an invisible apple if you want to try to imagine how my brain "visualizes" one. You know everything about it: where it is, its shape, its orientation etc... Except that you can't actually see it—it's invisible.
