I am saddened by the passing of Tibetan activist Lobga Ranzen, and my deepest condolences go out to the Tibetan community. China’s ethnic unity law is a tool for targeting the identity of Tibetans and other minorities. I will continue to fight for the freedom of Tibetans and all minority groups.
