This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

One fix could be to only show the house on the API if it is set to be publicly accessible in-game OR if the user is logged in through OAuth retrieving it only with their permission and then allowing them to pick if it should be public/private on the site in question. We'll see if/how they change it.
