This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

If you want to disable the new AI rubbish in Firefox:
type about:config into the search bar
You get a warning - say it's ok
type browser.ml.chat.enabled into the new search bar you see
if it says True then double click on it to False
It's now disabled.
