This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Google signed up to C2PA a while ago (yes, I know there are issues with the specification) and having this on YouTube and in cameras is a good step; we need to get to where the watermark NOT being on media makes it suspicious
