So whereas the EU spokesperson is right in saying that the transparency provisions of Section 2 DSA apply (need to have a point of contact, legal representative etc), the requirement to publish user numbers is not mandated by the DSA - unless I am missing something? (5/5) @hutko.bsky.social wdyt?
