Does anyone have theories about the UX discussions that led to what I can only call "OH SHIT buttons" on major products?
Exhibit A: the "Call" button on WhatsApp groups which immediately begins a video call with everyone.
Exhibit B: The "Huddle" button in Slack which does the same thing.
