This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

A couple of observations
1. "public coefficients" is ever so semantically different from "open source" (which implies explicit consent for conditional reuse)
2. I can't articulate why I'd use it vs. BPM which performed slightly better here https://dunksandthrees.com/blog/metric-comparison or rapm-derived stats.
