This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Having persistent iOS Stopwatch status in the Dynamic Island is nice, though I wish there was a more pronounced visual distinction between "running" and "paused" states.
I mocked up a few concepts varying color and saturation to create a clearer separation between the states.
