This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Monopolies like @mlb.com are great case studies on how not to treat your customers.
I'm sure it's legally outside of "bait and switch" territory, but it's disingenuous to send customers a push notification claiming they can watch a "free" game that you have knowingly blacked out.
