This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This concept is only for instances where all queued items are from the same group (playlist/album/podcast).
When content is queued from multiple groups, the UI could utilize the "Your Library" view when a user selects multiple filters and they "stick" together.
