This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Author permissions combined with revisions are not that elegant in Statamic - you need to publish a draft before permissions take hold, because they are saved on the entry.
You can overcome that with an Event Listener and some (custom) auth checks. Or is there a simpler solution?
