This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Well that's not a great sign for Epic's new Fab store. The first asset I tried to add to my new project doesn't appear in my Vault and there's no other way to download it.
But the Fab store is insanely fast by comparison, so hopefully they are able to get it fully operational soon!
