Brett Kavanaugh has basically explained how he intends to rule—uphold the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force but interpret the law to let the HHS Secretary fire its members and overrule its decisions. That wouldn't be terrible. We'll just have to hope that RFK Jr. doesn't screw with the task force.
