I continue to think the Supreme Court is *more likely than not* to (1) rule against Trump's attack on birthright citizenship and (2) uphold state laws that count late-arriving mail ballots.
But it will also likely gut the Voting Rights Act in Callais. So still not a great outcome for democracy!
