This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

In our points system, you do get more if you intend to live and work in less densely populated parts of the country. I know people that moved in order to get the spouse they were sponsoring over the threshold.
