Brazilian Supreme Court appears to have slightly rolled back the threat of fines for VPN users who get on ExTwitter. Appears it now only applies to those who get around the ban to get on ExTwitter to post “racism, fascism or Nazism, obstruct criminal investigations or incite crimes in general.”
