タミヤが僕に与えた衝撃は、プラモデルは組立図通りに組み立てればちゃんと完成してしかも動くという事だった。それまでのプラモは設計がテキトーで完成しないのがデフォで、あとは各々の技量でうまいことやってくださいという物が多く、子供には完成不可能だった。
