This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

BYOVD's aren't that common, but they still happen when totally normal drivers have a vuln. You get access to a system, install the vulnerable driver and use that to escalate access. Although MSFT literally has a vulnerable driver block list built into defender for this reason
