This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Here are the performance targets planned at launch! PC players: performance will be improved similarly, and we are investigating lowering the recommended GPU requirement.
We are also exploring releasing a standalone free hardware benchmark tool.
