This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I want to point out that the .exe you download is _not_ open source (https://github.com/Yeusepe/transfer-helper is not accessible). Also, it contains code for installing itself as a windows service, and has the ability to auto-update itself.
