I flew to Cape Town earlier this year on United and the “Polaris” lounge in ORD was closed so I went to the regular club lounge. Then in EWR got to try the Polaris lounge. Main difference was the lower tier one was much more crowded. Fancier one had showers and nap rooms and food was nicer.
