Newbies are easy, and well-read veterans are easy.
Players in the middle are tough. The ones who've played D&D for 2-3 years and nothing else. They often think they know everything there is to know, while being unaware of 90% of what TTRPGs have to offer, and they're hesitant to learn new games.
