On the recommendation of other ADHD, memory impaired, & cognitively challenged folks, I picked up pill bottles w/ lids that tell you when they were last opened.
I use them for my pain meds since I can’t always remember if I took them or when.
$20 for a pair on Amazon & elsewhere.
Life changer.
