Ich verstehe schon, dass das bisherige System günstig und bereits schwer finanzierbar war. Gleichzeitig finde ich die derzeitige Erhöhung schon beträchtlich, um 100 Euro mehr auf einmal, d.h. rund 30 Prozent.
