This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

possibly, but i believe those are mostly focused around scrollports and not containers (for the auto flipping), so you'd be limited to overflow scenarios and not generic available space.
