This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The agent literally cannot modify production. Not a permission flag, not a toggle. It just cannot reach it.
It writes SQL migration files as it works. Those run against your branch during preview builds. Production is only modified when you go live.
