中学教諭の時間外労働、「月平均30時間超」が8割

小学校教諭の時間外が「月平均30時間」を超えた教育委員会は51.3%、高校は64.0%でした。
中学校で特に勤務時間が長い理由について、文部科学省は「部活動や生徒指導の業務が重いため」と説明。
また保護者からの不当な要求などに対し、学校外の相談窓口や弁護士を活用している教委は45.7%でした。
