Babel.ua reports it was Ukraine's HUR that struck key Russian railway routes. On Sept 13, a mine explosion near Maloarkhangelsk killed two Rosgvardiya troops and halted the Orël–Kursk line. That night, another strike derailed a train and destroyed fuel tankers on the Strogonovo–Mshinskaya line.
