Pima County is one of the few places in the US with a Native American country recorder. Gabriella Cázares-Kelly is the first Native American elected to a countywide role in Pima County. Hence the multilingual “I Voted” sticker. In AZ once you opt to receive a mail ballot they just keep coming.
