This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

#Microsoft365 Archive now supports file-level archiving. The feature covers individual files, but not folders, in #SharePoint Online sites (not #OneDrive yet) and works very nicely.
