If these chatbots were conscious (they are 100% not) all they do is kill kids, make CSAM, scam people, hack companies. Not some kind soul deserving of anything.
But of course AI systems are inanimate objects owned by known associates of pedophiles and serial scammers. So it actually makes sense.
