i just upgraded my old hugo blog (theme and all) from 0.48 to 0.161 and it was a breeze via codex.
Biggest reason I've been postponing the upgrade was the sheer amount of (perceived) effort (i.e I was lazy). But now ot was just a few prompts and a plan, and it's all good.
