This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

If you were a junior joining a department, presumably you'd want to know the "success" rate of your department in terms of tenure. (similar to placement for a PhD program). Do you feel like that gets told to candidates when hiring?
(Seems like there's huge XC heterogeneity by dept!)
