This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Interesting that congestion pricing appears to be having a huge positive impact on commute times from NJ but inside the congestion pricing zone traffic does not appear to have sped up (for now).
