This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

OCR data labelling tool upgraded for the hierarchical data structure: Lines > Words > Characters. Per-character properties: Glyph, Italic and Inverted. Now I just have to spend a couple hundred hours labelling images.
