This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Some things I think about:
LLM generates code -> syntax and semantic checks -> feedback fed to LLM -> repeat until exit condition met
Write code -> LLM analyzes changes, suggests where to update -> user-LLM interaction kicks off
