Yes, it’s true, but they should be glad. There are 3 types of law enforcement
1 do gooders,
2 a paycheck
3 very small minded, sadistical people
They are losing 2&3’s. Probably, not many 2’s, but all their 3’s and they are the ones that bring law suits.
