In this new preprint we tune the emission frequency of single T centres integrated with optical cavities and a lateral diode. We're able to vary the emitter lifetime by spectral tuning, and to delay emission by controlled ionization. More tools in the kit for T devices! arxiv.org/pdf/2604.25170
