Great audio, well-tuned recoil, and really satisfying hit feedback on enemies.
Proof: Play L4D/L4D2. Pre-ADS and while your FPS muscle memory makes you think you want ADS for about a second, you quickly realize you don't miss it at all, the guns feel great, the shooting is fun as hell.
