Reactome pathway enrichment analysis revealed subtype-specific dysregulations. In IDICD, the Nuclear receptor transcription factor pathway, Butyrophilin family interactions and Intestinal infectious disease events were upregulated while Cytokine signaling in immune system events were downregulated.
