Thing about ultra-processed foods is they're pretty much ready to eat.
I'm sure a pringle is a lot worse for you than a baked potato by weight. But if you're a bit peckish, the extra effort of cooking the potato probably makes all the difference in going to bed a bit hungry, vs eating too much.
