For years, solo electric vehicle drivers in Arizona have been able to use the HOV lane—easing congestion & incentivizing low-emission vehicles. But this part of the federal code will expire in October.
My message to House leadership: don't needlessly inconvenience Arizonans. Let's extend the rule.
