Another standard Right tactic: since Breen, about 2k trans kids have had top surgery (@300/yr). Find one out of THOUSANDS and imply the whole system is broke. Trans care is the MOST UNREGRETTED non-mandate procedure in medical hx: lower than cis top surgery, hip replacemt, nose jobs, etc.
