Everyone's got kryptonite. Mine's summer. Every yr when June rolls around, my whole routine disintegrates. The heat messes up my sleeping, eating, going out. Discipline plummets too. One reason's I usually walk outside lots but can't do that bc of the sun. What's helped me this yr tho is app timers!
