This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I hate how much standardized tests like that rely on memorization. If it's something you can easily look up in a book (or Google if you must), then your brain power shouldn't be wasted on memorizing it.
